The Volunteer Toolkit is your official, easy-to-use planning tool for fun and engaging troop meetings. Accessible on any device, the VTK includes program content, award requirements, and resources.
With the VTK, troop leaders can:
Plan the troop’s calendar year.
View troop rosters and email families in one click.
Explore badges, Journeys, and awards for all program levels (with pre-set options for K–5 and 6–12 troops).
Access meeting plans (with agendas, supply lists, and editable time allotments).
Record attendance, badge progress, and Journey achievements.
Add custom or council events to the troop’s calendar.
Enter troop finances (as required by your council).
Find national and local resources (like Safety Activity Checkpoints).

gsLearn is Girl Scouts’ official online, on-demand training platform. Confident leaders are prepared leaders, and gsLearn provides everything you need to feel supported in your role.
