Event Description: Get ready for a memorable first step into overnight camping. Troop's First Overnight is a welcoming, exciting introduction to spending a weekend at camp with your troop. Join our enthusiastic camp staff and other troops for an adventure filled with laughter, teamwork, and discovery. Campers will get out on the lake for boating, test their skills at archery, create a handson craft, and come together for a classic campfire experience. With plenty of guidance, fun activities, and time to connect, this overnight helps build confidence, friendships, and a love for camp. No overnight experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, your sleeping bag, and get ready to make lasting memories. Dinner is not provided on Friday night. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday will be provided along with breakfast on Sunday. Troop leaders do NOT need to have a trained outdoor adult with them for this event. All adults in attendance must be background checked. Troops must be accompanied by a First Aid/CPR certified adult.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by October 1, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment.
- For cancellations received between October 2, 2026 and October 15, 2026 we will refund to original method of payment minus $47 cancellation fee.
- In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by October 26, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
- Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
