Fees: GSNCCP Member $6 per Girl Scout / $0 per adult

Location: Enviromental Education Pavillion at West Point on the Eno Park, Durham, 27712
Registration: August 10, 2026- September 22, 2026
Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.
Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received by September 18, 2026 we will refund to original method of payment.

For cancellations received between September 19 and October 2, 2026 we will refund to original method of payment minus $6 cancellation fee.

In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by October 13, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
