Join us at Cary A19 Day Camp! This wicked fun summer camp is sure to be popular! Let your imagination take flight as you earn badges exploring the themes of friendship, animal wellbeing, robotics, flight mechanics, and more! At this outdoor day camp, the possibilities for adventure are unlimited!
Grades: the grade range at the bottom of this section includes grades for the spring and fall. Choose units based on the grade in fall that is included in the unit name. For specific step by step instructions to register for camp, please read Camp Registration Help.
Prices: prices in the session descriptions are the Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines member rates. Non-Girl Scout members will pay an additional $25 that will be used to purchase a Girl Scout membership.
Dietary Restrictions: You may indicate restrictions for your camper but please note that allergens may still be present on site. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Lisa McCorkle at CaryA19Camp@gmail.com
Emergency Contact: please provide contact information for 1 emergency contact that is not a parent/guardian in the event that we are unable to reach the parent/guardian numbers on file.
Payment: registration defaults to the deposit but you can change the payment amount if you prefer to pay more than the deposit or the entire amount due now. Balances are due by May 1st. Until that date, you can use the Pay Now button on the My Account page in your My GS account to make payments in any amount toward your camp balance. Beginning on May 1st, you cannot change the amount to pay for camp when you select Pay Now. [You may need to adjust the May 1st date to a little later if the camp doesn't open for registration until sometime in May.]
Financial assistance/cookie dough: To request financial assistance or to use cookie dough from previous years, please register and pay the deposit then review the Using Additional Payment Methods document that you will find by going to the My Events page in your My GS account and selecting the name of the camp. To use cookie dough from this year, register and pay the deposit amount then complete the Superstar Destinations form at the end of this year's sale. On the form, you can fill in the name and date of the camp you have registered for and request to apply cookie dough to that session.

Health History forms should be sent to Lisa McCorkle, CaryA19Camp@gmail.com. Please note that registration is not complete until Health History forms are submitted for each participant.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
* For cancellations received by June 22, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment minus the non-refundable $42 deposit.
* For cancellations received between June 23, 2025 and July 6, 2025, payment made will be considered as cancellation fee.
* In case of illness or family emergency, cancellation received by July 17, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment minus the $42 minus non-refundable deposit and other costs as applicable.
