Event Description:  Did you know that as Girl Scout, you are part of a global movement of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS)? Since 1926, Girl Guides and Girl Scouts worldwide have gathered to explore the yearly theme and its impacts on this sisterhood. This year's World Thinking Day theme is "Our Friendship". This theme marks the 100th anniversary of World Thinking Day and the centenary of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).   During this hands-on interactive event, Girl Scouts will complete the steps to earning the 2026 World Thinking Day award that they will receive for attending the event.  We will also work on completing some steps to achieve the Global Action award at each grade level.

Event Confirmation Packet/Details:  All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
