Event Description:
Join us for Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) on Tuesday,
March 24, 2026 and Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m.- both days!
Wondering what YMHFA is all about? This interactive training helps adults learn how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use concerns in adolescents ages 12-18. You'll gain practical skills and confidence to reach out, offer initial support, and help connect young people to appropriate resources when needed. Past participants consistently share that this class leaves them feeling more prepared and confident to support youth in meaningful ways.
