Event Description:

Pack your bags to join us for a Spring Fling weekend at camp. During this troop camp, you will get to explore the sights and sounds of camp from the trails to the lake to the archery field and so much more as you see what Spring has in store at camp! You'll explore how the season changes the camp around us.

Dinner on Friday will not be provided. Troops should plan on eating before they arrive or packing a sack lunch. All other meals will be provided.

Troops must be accompanied by an Outdoor Certified Adult and a First Aid/CPR-certified adult.
All adults in attendance must be currently registered members with a current background check.

 

Grade Levels: Daisies - Ambassadors and Adults, Members Only  

Fees: GSNCCP Member $60 per Girl Scout / $40 per adult

Registration:  January 5, 2026 - March 10, 2026

 

 

 

Adult Supervision:Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event.  For troop events, only the number of adults needed to meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints should register and attend the event.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file. 

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

  • For cancellations received by March 5, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment. 
  • For cancellations received between March 6, 2026 and March 19, 2026, there will be a $30 cancellation fee. 
  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by March 30, 2026, will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable. 
  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
