All participants are invited to attend the closing ceremony 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
* Parking - Please follow directions from parking assistants to
maximize space and efficiency.
* Lost and Found for the day
will be located at the registration desk.
* Don't Forget to
bring your TP-106 form to the event and pick up before you go!
* Please Return all badge holders at the end of the day to the
registration desk.
For general registration participants who select the Bring Your Own Lunch option, they will receive a $10 discount on the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by April 11, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment.
- A refund of any kind will not be issued after April 12, 2026.
- In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by May 5, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
- Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
