Phenomenal U is an annual event organized by Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Employee Resource Group that will aid in the holistic development of teenage girls. Phenomenal U is designed to empower middle and high school girls by helping them discover the power within themselves. Through engaging sessions, real conversations, and inspiring speakers, participants will explore identity, confidence, entrepreneurship, and leadership while learning that what makes them different is exactly what makes them powerful. Phenomenal U will be hosted at a local college so that girls can get a first-hand experience of campus life and the school's offerings. Workshops are taught by facilitators with diverse backgrounds to increase awareness of representation. Lunch provided.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by April 3, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment.
- For cancellations received between April 4, 2025 and April 17, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment minus $0 cancellation fee.
- In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by April 28, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
