  Event Description: This is the event for all Girl
  Scout Kpop stans! You'll train to be the next big Girl Scout Kpop Idol
  with hair makeovers, Korean language vocal warm-ups, sing alongs to
  your favorite and new to you Kpop music, choreography to some of the
  biggest Kpop girl groups hits, and more. We'll also learn about our
  Girl Scout sisters in Girl Scouts Korea, try some Korean snacks, play
  Korean games, hear Korean stories and learn about Korean
  culture.
 
 Bring your filled reusable water bottle, a
  completed TP105 form, and your dancing shoes for this fun event.
  
 There is parking at the front and back of the building. Please
  look for the black awning with the Girl Scout insignia.
 
  Snacks containing wheat, soy, nuts, and dairy may be served, so please
  note if your Girl Scout has allergies.
 
 To make room for
  all our Girl Scouts adults must be limited only to meet Safety
  Activity Ratios.

Registration Dates: December 1, 2025 - April 3, 2026
Adult Supervision:Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.
Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received between March 28, 2026 and April 10, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment minus $3 cancellation fee.
In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by April 21, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
