Event Description: Daisies and Brownies join us for a weekend away at Camp Hardee in our heated cabins. When not in your cabins, join your friends for time in a winter wonderland! Make your own snow themed crafts, have a snowball fight, go on a hike and enjoy a special surprise! Dinner will not be provided on Friday night-particpants should plan on eating before arrival. Al other meals will be provided during the event. Troops must be accompanied by a First Aid/CPR-certified adult as well as an Outdoor Certified Adult. Individually registered girls must be accompanied by a registered parent/ caregiver. All adults in attendance must be background checked.

 

Grade Levels:  Daisy - Brownies, GSNCCP Members Only 

Fees: GSNCCP Member $60 per Girl Scout / $40 per adult

Registration:  October 6, 2025 - January 13, 2026

 

Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details:  All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations received by January 8, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment.
  • For cancellations received between January 9, 2026 and January 22, 2026 we will refund to original method of payment minus $25 cancellation fee.
  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by February 2, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org.  Requests will be processed based on the date received.
