Event Description: Girl Talk for Girl Scouts addresses the timely topic of adolescent growth and development and the physical, social, and emotional changes that girls experience during puberty. 3-D exhibits, hands-on activities, and candid discussions help moms and daughters explore a range of topics from the workings of the reproductive system to the menstrual cycle to feminine hygiene protection and more. This is a parent and child event. One parent may accompany 2 daughters.
This program is designed for girls to attend with their parent or guardian. Girls are not permitted to attend with their troop leader in place of their parent or guardian.

Adult Supervision: Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.
Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
