Join fellow Girl Scout - North Carolina Coastal Pines' volunteers, national and area delegates, board members, and council staff at the 19th Annual Meeting, taking place this year in Goldsboro. This important gathering offers an opportunity to connect and learn more about the Girl Scout Movement and the impactful work happening across our council to support girls and volunteers in the communities we serve. The Annual Meeting highlights key accomplishments from the past year and serves as the council's primary governance event, where voting members elect the council's officers, board of directors, and the board development committee members. This year's agenda will also feature a preview of the Girl Scouts of the USA's National Council Session, breakout sessions, and the induction of new members into the Juliette Gordon Low Society.
Following the business portion and breakout sessions, guests will reconvene for lunch to honor and recognize this past year's adult award recipients and volunteers.

Lunch - Lunch will be a buffet featuring choice of chicken, beef, and vegetarian/vegan entrees with salad, accompaniments, desserts, and choice of beverage (tea, lemonade, water).

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received by February 20, 2026, we will refund to original method of payment.

For cancellations received between February 21, 2026 and March 6, 2026, $10 cancellation fee.

In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by March 17, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
