Event Description: 

There's a whole world to explore and you're just getting started! Come spend the day at Camp Mary Atkinson and discover the best of camp and the outdoors! Spend time on the lake, the archery range, discover camp wonders, and sing songs around a campfire! It's a special day you will not want to miss.

 

Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints.

 

Grade Levels:  Daisy - Seniors, Adults 

Fees:  GSNCCP Member $20 per Girl Scout / $10 per adult

Registration:  - January 5, 2026 - April 21, 2026

 

Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event.  For troop events, only the number of adults needed to meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints should register and attend the event.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details:  All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.

 

Cancellations

 

 

  • For cancellations received by April 21, 2025 , we will refund to original method of payment.
  • For cancellations received between April 22, 2026 and May 01, 206, we will refund to original method of payment minus $10 cancellation fee.
  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by May 11, 2026 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org.  Requests will be processed based on the date received.
