Middle and High School students, get ready for a FREE, fun-filled day
  of hands-on STEM workshops and mentoring at the Duke STEM Day event,
  presented by the Triangle Women in STEM and Duke University! This
  exciting event will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the
  Fitzpatrick Center at Duke University in Durham, NC.
 Students
  will have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, learn
  from STEM professionals, and gain valuable insight into future STEM
  careers. Whether you're interested in engineering, alternative energy,
  or science, this event will ignite your passion and help you envision
  the many possibilities ahead in the world of STEM.
 Parents and
  guardians are also welcome to attend a parallel program specifically
  designed for adults, with sessions on supporting STEM education,
  career paths, and more!
 The event includes a continental
  breakfast and a buffet lunch, making it a day of both learning and
