The online session will take at least 2.5 hours to complete and may
take longer depending on your connectivity and computer speed. Please
plan accordingly when taking the online portion.
You

"proceed to skill session" certification to the class, email
a copy to your instructor prior to the start of the skills session or
be prepared to show a copy of your certification on your cell phone
prior to the start of class. If you are unable to complete the online
portion of the course prior to class you are registered for, please
contact Customer Care to reschedule your in-person course.
You
MUST complete the online portion prior to the in-person session.
