Event Description: Join us for a virtual listening session where volunteers will have the opportunity to discuss the current Program Aide core training in comparison to the new Program Aide requirements introduced by GSUSA. This open forum is designed to gather feedback from those who have been guiding girls through the Program Aide program. Share your thoughts, insights, and experiences about what's working well and where improvements could be made. Your input is valuable as we collectively evaluate how the Program Aide process can evolve to best support both volunteers and girls in their leadership development. Come ready to engage in a thoughtful and collaborative discussion!
