Please read this entire column for additional information BEFORE selecting your number of girl and/or adult participants in the right-hand column on the registration page. 

Event Description:

Kick off your Girl Scout year at Camp Mary Atkinson for the Signature Event, MiniQuest! This exciting day is designed specifically for our Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors to experience a mini-sampler of Girl Scouting by exploring all four pillars in one day: STEM, Life Skills, Outdoors, and Entrepreneurship.
Learn from community partners, council staff, and professionals in activities centered around creative arts, healthy living, team building, STEM, and more! Girl Scouts will attend a series of interactive stations during the MiniQuest Expo and participate in one longer badge-earning workshop. Leave with new skills, new friends, and of course, a fun patch to celebrate the start of your Girl Scout year!
Snacks will be provided. Participants will need to bring their own lunch.
 

 

Grade Levels:   Daisy - Juniors and Adults

Fees: GSNCCP Member $15 per Girl Scout / $5 per adult   
Individual / Troop

Registration:  June 30, 2025 - September 2, 2025

 

 

Adult Supervision:Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event.  For troop events, only the number of adults needed to meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints should register and attend the event.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a complete background check on file. 

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

  • For cancellations received by August 28, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment. 
  • For cancellations received between August 29, 2025 and September 12, 2025 there will be a $10 cancellation fee. 
  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by September 23, 2025, will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable. 
  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
