Please read this entire column for additional information BEFORE selecting your number of girl and/or adult participants in the right-hand column on the registration page.

Calling all Junior Masterminds! Spend time with friends discovering your inner artist! Write your own song, make friendship bracelets, create your own album art, try your hand at lyric-inspired archery and more! In the evening, dress in your best muscian-inspired outfits and join us for a special concert! Over the weekend Junior Girl Scouts will earn their Muscian badge. Dinner will not be provided on Friday night-please plan on packing a sack dinner, or eating before you arrive. All other meals will be provided. Troops must be accompanied by an Outdoor Certified Adult and a First Aid/CPR-certified adult. All adults in attendance must be background checked.

 

Grade Levels:  Juniors and Adults GSNCCP Members Only 

 

Fees: $60 per Girl Scout / $40 per adult 

 

Location: Camp Hardee, Beaufort, 27814

 

Registration Dates:  October 6, 2025 - November 13, 2025

 

Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event.  For troop events, only the number of adults needed to meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints should register and attend the event.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details:  All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations received by November 13, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment.
  • For cancellations received between November 14, 2025 and December 4, 2025  we will refund to original method of payment minus $25 cancellation fee.
  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by December 15, 2024 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org.  Requests will be processed based on the date received.
