Event Description: All Girl Scout troops and families are invited to join us at Battleship Park for the ultimate end of year celebration! Participate in a council led Bridging Ceremony and highest awards recognition - complete with a parade around the ship! Afterwards, explore the historic Battleship with your family & friends. This fun, family-friendly event promises a day full of celebration, adventure, and fun for everyone!
Early Bird Special Gift - Renew your Girl Scout Membership for 2025-2026 between April 1-15, 2025, AND register for this event to receive an Early Bird Gift at the event! This special goodie bag will inspire creativity and bring a little extra fun to the day!
Registration fee includes your ticket to the Battleship North Carolina. Anyone wishing to board and explore the ship must have a ticket. Children under 5 are free and do not need to register for the event. Family and friends of bridging Girl Scouts that only want to attend the ceremony and do not wish to board the ship do not need to register for the event.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by, May 22, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment.
- For cancellations received between, May 23, 2025 and June 5, 2025, there will be no refunds
- Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.
Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
