Bond Park Adventures: Archery

Please read this entire column for additional information BEFORE selecting your number of girl and/or adult participants in the right-hand column on the registration page.

Members Only

Event Description: Come spend an afternoon at Bond Park and learn Archery. We'll learn safe and proper handling of equipment, how to shoot a compound bow, and we'll play some archery games. No experience necessary. All equipment and instructions are provided. What to bring: Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring a water bottle. Paperwork: Each girl will need an online waiver signed. These waivers will be sent to parents ahead of time or can be signed at the Community Center on the day of the event.

Grade Levels: Brownie- Ambassador, GSNCCP Members Only

Fees: GSNCCP Member $29 per girl / $0 per adult

Registration Dates: July 15, 2025 - September 2, 2025

Adult Supervision: Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file.

Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received by August 30, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment.
For cancellations received between August 31, 2025 and September 13, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment minus $ 15 cancellation fee.
In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by September 24, 2025 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
