This is a two-day training event for volunteers to learn about facilitating the Alpine Tower and the swing event. Successful completion of the course will certify participants as Alpine Tower Facilitators and Belayers. Participants are required to participate on both days to earn their certification. Training is from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Participants must be able to successfully climb the tower to facilitate. Certification is valid for one year.

In exchange for the no-cost training, which includes lunch, participants will agree to help facilitate and/or belay for groups at a minimum of two separate events over the course of the year. We rely on our amazing volunteers to run these high adventure opportunities for our Girl Scouts, so THANK YOU for being a part of the team that keeps the Alpine Tower running for our council.
