Join us for a day at the Alpine Tower! During this
training, you will learn basic tower safety, how to belay, and can
climb while having fun!
Participants who successfully
complete the course will be able to belay for groups with a certified
facilitator.
You will be climbing the tower during the
training, so everyone can practice belaying - but you don't have to
make it to the top!
There is no cost for this training,
but we ask belayers to commit to volunteering their times at minimally
two Alpine Tower events per year, as we have many groups that need
certified belayers to be able to climb.
Please bring a
refillable water bottle and any snacks you may need.
This
certification is valid for one year.
