Event Description:
Pre-requisite: Participants must have previously taken the Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED class, and their certification must be within 2 months of the expiration date.
This is a recertification only class. There
is NO ONLINE class for this course.
The challenge style will be used, so there will be no videos or
discussion.
Participants must come prepared to take the skills tests.
Participants who successfully pass this course will be certified by the American Red Cross for two years.

The American Red Cross Adult and Child First Aid/CPR/AED Challenge course is a skills assessment session for students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this Adult and Child First Aid/CPR/AED Challenge course will receive a certificate for Adult and Child First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
This course consists of a skills session only.
Your electronic certificate will be emailed to you by the American Red Cross within 2 weeks after the successful completion of the instructor-led portion of this class.
