Event Description: At Girl Scouts, we prepare girls for a lifetime of leadership and dream BIG! As valuable volunteers, you play an essential role! Get ready for a day of learning, networking, and engagement as we prepare for the new program year, celebrate Girl Scout Movement successes, and receive new tools and resources that will set us up for success! All volunteers are welcome to attend!
Pre-registration is required. Online registration will close at
midnight, August 4, 2025.
Online registration for Youth Mental Health First Aid training as part of ATC will close on July 17, 2025.
Recommended items to bring with you:
A refillable water
bottle, umbrella (just in case of a rainy walk to and from your car!),
pen & paper for capturing those a-ha ATC moments, and anything you
need to make your day more comfortable!
The fee is $10 per person for volunteers. Lunch is included in the overall registration cost. Staff/facilitators should not be charged for lunch.
Lunch will be Jersey Mike's Subs or a Salad.
PLEASE NOTE: All ATC participants (including staff/facilitators) are required to complete the Adult Health History Form - TP106. Please complete the attached TP106 and bring a hard copy to turn in at the ATC Registration table. This information will be kept confidential and returned to the participant at the conclusion of the event. Please remember to pick up your TP106 at the end of the conference.

Optional Overnight (Free - No Charge): We are offering an optional overnight stay at Camp Mary Atkinson (CMA) the night before ATC, Friday, August 8th. For those of you traveling a distance, we hope you find this helpful and a great opportunity to bond and network with fellow volunteers. Volunteers will utilize either Owl Hollow or Raccoon Loft for sleeping accommodations and we will offer light programing (contingent on number of volunteers) in the Program Building that evening. Check in is at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 8th in the Program Building, and check out is no later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9th. The Clayton Center is approximately 20 minutes from CMA. However, we will offer coffee and light breakfast items at ATC. S'more ingredients will be provided.

Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed.
