Event Description: Grab your neon gear - Girl Scouts are heading back in time for a camporee packed with 80s & 90s fun! From friendship bracelets and tie-dye to an epic GLOW party, it's a weekend full of nostalgia, adventure, and unforgettable memories. Don't miss out - this camp is all that and a box of cookies! 

 

This event is planned and organized by Lenoir County Service Unit. 

 

Grade Levels:  Daisy - Ambassador, GSNCCP Members Only

 

Fees:  GSNCCP Member $35 per Girl Scout / $25 per adult   
Troop Only  

 

Location:  Camp Mary Atkinson, Selma, 27576

 

Registration Dates:  September 15, 2025 - October 30, 2025 

 

Adult Supervision:Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them. If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file. 

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details: All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet. Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list. All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event. Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed. 

 

Cancellation Policy    

  • For cancellations received by October 30, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment. 
  • For cancellations received between October 31, 2025 and November 13, 2025, we will refund to original method of payment minus $20 cancellation fee. 

  • In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by November 28, 2025 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable. 

  • Please send all cancellation requests to helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org. Requests will be processed based on the date received.
