BIPOC ERG
BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, People of Color. We use our BIPOC ERG meetings to discuss current events and social issues that impact People of Color. We are a support group for each other as we connect through our personal shared experiences and stories. We share resources and learning opportunities on how to support communities of color as well as feedback to provide our organization, Girl Scouts-North Carolina Coastal Pines, a lens to better understand their BIPOC communities.
WELLNESS ERG
Our Council Wellness ERG meets twice a month to discuss all things wellness. Each meeting we explore different topics – everything from mental health to skin cancer screenings, recipe ideas to stress relief. Our goal is to create a community where we can support each other as well as learn and grow together.
