Girl Scout Daisy and Brownie troops are invited to visit their local facility and use the Robotics Kits onsite. The Daisy and Brownie Robotics Kits will be available for self-guide exploration during this time (troops will facilitate their own activities). Kits includes a troop co-leader manual and activity steps to assist Girl Scouts in earning their grade level Robotics badge (purchase separately). Participating Girl Scouts will receive a robotics fun patch. Troop co-leaders (up to two co-leaders) will receive a fun gift for leading the Girl Scouts through the activities. After your registration is confirmed, a digital copy of the robotics manual will be shared with the co-leader to prepare for this fun troop outing.
Maximum of 25 Girl Scouts can register; you must register to participate via Activities. There is a fee of $2 per Girl Scout that includes a fun patch and troop leader goodie. Guest Wi-Fi Internet is available for member use.
Please note: All in-person events for GS-NCCP will follow the current GS-NCCP COVID 19 Guidelines. While our intent is to hold this event in-person as planned, events are subject to cancellation/rescheduling/adjustment based on safety guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control, state and local health department, and GS-NCCP. In the case that this event is cancelled/rescheduled/adjusted, registered participants will be notified via email.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by June 5, 2023, we will refund to original method of payment.
For cancellations received between June 6, 2023 and June 20, 2023, there will be a $2 cancellation fee.
In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by June 30, 2023 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
