Dietary restrictions may be indicated below; however, please note that allergens may still be on the premises.  

Please note: All in-person events for GS-NCCP will follow the current GS-NCCP COVID 19 Guidelines.While our intent is to hold this event in-person as planned, events are subject to cancellation/rescheduling/adjustment based on safety guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control, state and local health department, and GS-NCCP. In the case that this event is cancelled/rescheduled/adjusted, registered participants will be notified via email. 

 

Adult Supervision:Individual girls attending events must have an adult registered to attend the event with them.  If 3 or more girls from the same troop are attending an event, then it is considered a troop event and the number of adults registered to attend should meet the safety ratio in Safety Activity Checkpoints.  Any adult attending an overnight event must be a registered Girl Scout member with a completed background check on file. 

 

Event Confirmation Packet/Details:  All the details that you need to attend this event can be found in the event confirmation packet.  Once it is finalized, you will see it when you go to the My Events page of your My GS account and select the event from the list.  All registered participants will also receive a copy via email closer to the event date and after registration closes for the event.  Please review the packet at least several days prior to the event so you will have time to adequately prepare for the event and to ask questions, if needed. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

For cancellations received by September 15, 2023, we will refund to original method of payment. 

 

For cancellations received between September 16, 2023 and September 29, 2023, we will refund to original method of payment minus $5 cancellation fee. 

 

In case of illness or family emergency, cancellations received by October 10, 2023 will be refunded to original method of payment minus cancellation fees and costs as applicable.
