REGISTRATION END DATE CHANGED FROM WHAT WAS PUBLISHED

Please note: registration for this event is now ending on 10/23/2022

Please read the entire left-hand column for important information BEFORE selecting your number of adult participants in the right-hand column.

While your Girl Scouts are participating in their workshops, join us for a selection of adult programming to help you feel more comfortable with STEM Facilitation, outdoor leadership, highest awards and more.

Decide between a Workshop Track, or an Adult & Child First Aid/CPR/AED Certification and Workshop Track. Lunch is included with registration. During registration, you will choose your Workshop Track for the day.

The blended First Aid/CPR AED course combines online work and instructor-led practice and skill testing. Participants must be able to complete two and a half (2 ½) hours of online course work prior to training and be able to print or email proof of completion to the instructor. Proof of course work can also be shown to the instructor using your cellphone.

The link to the online training will be emailed to those registered for CPR after TechnoQuest registration closes.

During the instructor-led portion, participants will participate in “watch-then-practice” and hands-on training. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to recognize emergencies, care for injuries or illnesses and perform CPR until professional help arrives. Your electronic certificate will be emailed to you by the American Red Cross within 2 weeks after the successful completion of the instructor-led portion of this class.

Please note: All in-person events for GS-NCCP will follow the current GS-NCCP COVID 19 Guidelines. While our intent is to hold this event in-person as planned, events are subject to cancellation/rescheduling/adjustment based on safety guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control, state and local health department, and GS-NCCP. In the case that this event is cancelled/rescheduled/adjusted, registered participants will be notified via email.
