Please read below for important registration instructions. Once registration is complete, please go to the My Activities page in your My GS Member Profile to find your camp confirmation packet and camp forms packet.
To register for a session this week at Camp Graham, click the Register Now button below. You will be prompted to select the girls that you are registering for this week of camp. On the next page, each section gives you choices. With each selection you make, there will be a pop-up window where you must also choose the participant for that particular selection, even if you are only registering one participant for the week. Some sections are required, such as camp session, and some are not required.
When you select your participant for the camp session, you have the option to also select the box to pay the Deposit Only. If you do not check this box, then you will be charged the full amount for camp. If you do not pay the full balance at the time of registration, then your remaining balance will be due by no later than May 1, 2020. If you don’t complete payment by this date, your camper can lose her spot in the session and her place may be filled from the waitlist. If you have missed this date and still want her to attend, please contact us right away to see if she still has a space in her session.
If you select any Camp Extras (t-shirt, photo, etc.) at this time, then you will also have to pay for them at this time. If you don’t order them now, then you can purchase them at camp at check-in as long as they are still available. Items available are:
• Camp Essentials Care Kit – this fun package includes a water bottle, cooling towel, camp journal with pen, camp postcard with stamp, and a stuffed camp friend, all in a cool camp bag.
• Trading Post allowance (prepaid) – as part of the resident camp experience, each camper has the opportunity to visit the camp trading post to find the perfect item to remember her time at camp. Campers cannot keep cash with them at camp. Trading Post allowances are kept in the Trading Post. Purchasing these at the time of registration allows check-in to go quickly and smoothly!
• T-shirt – only one t-shirt with this year’s summer camp theme can be purchased at the time of registration. You do have the option to purchase an additional shirt with each camp session registration. There are also t-shirts available for purchase at the Trading Post. Sizes are not guaranteed if t-shirts are not purchased during registration.
• Photo – an 8? x 11? laminated photo makes a great souvenir of your camper’s week at resident camp. Purchasing photos during registration will help to speed the check-in process. Sessions lasting less than 6 days in length will be receiving an 8?x10? non-laminated photo if purchased at this time. Photos will be delivered to the camper by the last day of their session.
The Special Information page asks you to provide Emergency Contact information. This is also where you will provide the name of her camp buddy if she is attending with a friend. We will only honor one buddy request per camper. Please complete registration and payment for this camp week before processing any additional registrations.
Prices listed are member rate. Non-members will pay an additional $100 per session.
