Troop Banking
Girl Scout Troops are required to establish and use a troop bank account for troop financial transactions. Each troop should have a minimum of 3 adult signers who will safeguard and maintain the troop account for the girls. TO OPEN A NEW TROOP BANK ACCOUNT –

1. Complete TP400 Form electronically.
2. Submitted electronically to your membership director for approval. When your membership director has approved the request, the form will then be directed to the finance department to be processed. 
3. Once the processing is complete, the designated troop members will receive a mailed notification that an account has been set up.

NOTE: There must be at least 3 registered adult signers from unrelated households.

   
   
   
   

TO CHANGE SIGNERS ON TROOP BANK ACCOUNT –

1. Complete the TP401 Form electronically.
2. Submitted to your membership director for approval.  When your membership director has approved the request, the form will then be directed to the finance department to be processed. 
3. A letter will be mailed to the designated troop member to notify that the signature card can be updated.

NOTE:  There must be at least 3 registered adult signers from unrelated households.

 
 
 
 
 

TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE FOR EXISTING TROOP BANKING ISSUES –

TO SET UP ONLINE BANKING AND DEBIT CARDS FOR MY TROOP ACCOUNT – 

1.  Review the Troop Finance and Banking Guidelines and make banking decisions in collaboration with the other supporting troop parents/volunteers.
2.  Print the appropriate bank's online banking and debit card information and follow the instructions accordingly.
