I am new to Troop Banking or would like to revisit the Troop Banking process, how can I learn more?
How do I open a new troop bank account?

TO OPEN A NEW TROOP BANK ACCOUNT –
1. Complete TP400 form electronically.
2. Submitted electronically to your membership director for approval. When your membership director has approved the request, the form will then be directed to the finance department to be processed.
3. Once the processing is complete, the designated troop members will receive a mailed notification that an account has been set up.
NOTE: There must be at least 3 registered adult signers from unrelated households.

TO CHANGE SIGNERS ON TROOP BANK ACCOUNT –
1. Complete the TP401 form electronically.
2. Submitted to your membership director for approval. When your membership director has approved the request, the form will then be directed to the finance department to be processed.
3. A letter will be mailed to the designated troop member to notify that the signature card can be updated.
NOTE: There must be at least 3 registered adult signers from unrelated households.
