Summer Programming
Summer is just around the corner and school will be out! Many opportunities for area girls to participate in Girl Scouts are available. We will be doing Girl Scout activities in some of the schools in Richmond County when school is back in session  If your daughter would like to participate in the summer program, or if you would like to volunteer, or you know a place that could host a Girl Scout summer session, contact me.

Richmond County is seeking adult volunteers to lead girls ages 5-17 in exciting events, enriching programs, and endless opportunities.  Adult women and men, age 18 and older, are invited to join Girl Scouts as volunteers.  Girl Scout membership dues are $10 annually; training and local support are provided; and meetings and activities can fit your schedule.

Adults are encouraged to register as Girl Scout members and can serve in many volunteer positions available to both women and men.  Our volunteers are inspiring, invaluable, and have a profound effect on everyone they help.  There would be no Girl Scouting without them!

 Positions we are currently seeking to fill are:

• Troop Leaders
• Assistant Troop Leaders
• Event Director
• Area Coordinator
• Service Unit Registrar
• And more!
