NEW! - Online Leadership Essentials
- Need to take Leadership Essentials but can't find the time to attend a face-to-face training?  Don't worry, we have a new option that will save you time and allow you to be trained!  Please visit:  http://training.girlscouts.org and you will be able to take GSUSA's brand new Online Leadership Essentials!  That's right; you can take the class sitting in front of your computer in your PJs!  It is in two parts (which includes the GSUSA Online Orientation- password required: discover), and both must be taken to complete the course.  The online course takes approximately 1 hour and then the council has the ability to download your answers and review your responses to mark you as "trained"!  Try it today!   If you have questions/comments, please contact Robin Simonton at rsimonton@nccoastalpines.org or 919 600 6329.

Product Sales News...

2010 Cookie Sale News - The first weekend of the 2010 Cookie Sale is behind us, and WOW, what a cold weekend to sell cookies.  We hope your sales were as brisk as the temperatures!  The forecasters have assured us they'll send better weather our way for the duration of the sale.  Most girls have a three-day weekend ahead so don't let this great opportunity to collect additional orders pass you by.

But if you can't get out of the house, or you have other obligations, remember the Online Cookie Marketing option!  Just click here:  http://www.nccoastalpines.org/home/CookiesProducts/Cookies/GirlsFamilies/OnlineMkg.aspx  for more information.  Online Cookie Marketing is a great way to boost sales by collecting orders from hard-to-reach customers when it fits into your busy schedule.  Girls ages 13 and older can also download a cool Girl Scout Cookie Collector application to their Facebook account.

To get the latest cookie sale news and information, go to the council's Web site, www.nccoastalpines.org and click on the picture of the Caramel deLite cookie on the home page.  Also, you can provide your email address to your membership director so she can include it in the database.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the Cookie Sale Program!
Less than 60 days to go ... are you on track to meet your sales goals?
