We have some great news to share with you! Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines has a new online membership and events registration Web site. This system will allow troop leaders to manage the troop’s membership and member contact information, re-register members and register the troop for Council-sponsored events.

Individuals will use this site to access their membership information and keep their contact information up-to-date. Parents can log on and update their daughter’s information and register her for Resident Camp and in the fall, for events and activities. Adults can register for council training opportunities and events like Leaderee.

And - all members can print their Girl Scout membership card (if currently registered).

Announcing - New Early Bird Registration Incentives and Online membership registration!

Troops registering at least 5 girls and 2 adults by June 1, 2010 through the new online registration system (C.O.R.E.) will receive a patch for each re-registering girl and leader and a $10 certificate that can be used at the Council Shop(s) or for a Council-sponsored event and will have their troop entered in a drawing to win one of three $200 cash awards. Troops register by June 1 with pre-printed forms will receive a patch for each girl and troop leader.

ATTENTION TROOP LEADERS!

The Troop Management module on C.O.R.E. is connected directly to our council’s and GSUSA’s membership database. You will see currently registered members* of your troop, their contact information and addresses and can register them for Council events and activities.

*If you have turned in registrations for girls/adults not visible when you login to the system, their registrations may still be in processing. Beginning April 1, 2010 you will be able to re-register members and will not have to wait for paper processing.

Here’s what you can do with the Troop Management module:

Update addresses and contact information for all registered members – even if you have multiple troops

  • Print rosters of your members with all their pertinent contact information
  • Print Membership Cards for the members in your troop
  • Starting April 1, 2010, you can re-register the members of your troop(s) Click Here for Instructions!
  • And in the fall,  you will be able to register your troop(s) for council activities
  • Please be sure to add email addresses for girls so that parent can easily activate their web access and register them for Resident Camp! Check "primary" when adding an email address.

Attention Adult Members and Parents!

This online membership system will allow you to:

  • Keep your contact information up to date for both you and your daughter(s)
  • Print your membership card
  • Sign up for training and adult events
  • Sign you daughter(s) up for Resident Camp and council activities
  • Re-register yourself and your daughter(s) as member of Girl Scouts (This spring!)
