Camp Registration

2010 Resident Camp registration opens at noon on Wednesday, February 17 for registered members of Girl Scouts -- North Carolina Coastal Pines!

  • To register for individual camp sessions go to: C.O.R.E. Site
    Prior to opening of registration please go to the C.O.R.E. Site and activate your daughter's account. Directions can be found on the Welcome page. 
  • To register for Summer Special Events (found on pages 10-11 in the Summer Fun Guide and page 18 in the GO! Special Summer Issue) go to: Event Registration
  • To register for Group or Troop Camp go to: Group/Troop Camp Registration


The following sessions are full (as of 10:00 a.m. on 2/22/10)
:

  • CIT I (grades 11-12) - Camp Mary Atkinson - June 27th-July 2nd
  • Peach on the Beach (grades 6-12) - Camp Graham - June 27th-July 2nd
  • Beach Party (grades 4-5) - Camp Mary Atkinson - July 18th-July 23rd
  • Sea Horses (grades 4-5) - Camp Hardee - July 18th-July 23rd
  • Magical Mustages (grades 6-8) - Camp Hardee - July 25th-July 30th
  • Mr. Ed (A Horse is a Horse) (grades 5-7) - Camp Mary Atkinson - July 25th-July 30th

If your event is currently open and not listed in our registration system, then it is full.
  To be placed on the wait list, please email programreg@nccoastalpines.org with the following information: event name and date, Troop #, contact name, phone number, email address, number of girls to attend, and number of adults to attend.

Girl Scouts -- North Carolina Coastal Pines offers over 200 council-sponsored events for members annually.  Girls can explore the vast array of events and choose the ones that interests them.  Event topics range from leadership and citizenship to outdoors and environment to science and healthy living.  There is something to excite and engage every girl no matter her interests.  

Event descriptions and additional details regarding each event can be found in the Lead On resource book and the GO! magazine.  The description will indicate who is eligible to participate (grade level, age and whether or not it is open to troops, individuals and/or families), the cost, location and when registration open

Online registration opens at 12:00 noon on each of the opening processing dates.

Tarheel Tumblin' (1/23/10 10:00 AM):

The new date for this is March 20th. It is a free event that will entail going to a team meet and autograph session afterward. No registration necessary. The meet starts at 1:00 p.m. at Carmichael Gym.  Please visit http://tarheelblue.cstv.com/sports/w-gym/unc-w-gym-body.html for more information.

*NEW* Girl Scout Gold Award Workshop (3/2/10 7:00 PM): this new session will take place in Halifax County from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Star Gazer Overnighter (3/27-28/10 5:30 PM): the fees were incorrectly published in the Lead On.  The correct fees are $41/girl, $21/adult.

Space Explorer (3/6/10 9:00 AM): there is a $5 charge per adult for this event.

Lake Crabtree Fun (3/20/10 9:00 AM): this session has been opened to include Girl Scout Daisies in addition to Girl Scout Brownies

*NEW* Girl Scout Silver Award Workshop (4/6/10 7:00 PM): this new session will take place in Halifax County from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Aerospace (4/24/10 9:00 AM): there is a $5 charge per adult for this event.
