Cookie Booths
A cookie booth is a place where a Girl Scout troop sets up a table at a business to sell Girl Scout cookies. Each year troops sell thousands of boxes of cookies at Cookie Booths. Each county handles cookie booth reservations a little differently, but almost without exception troops are required to reserve cookie booths ahead of time.
Please contact your
Area Booth Manager
to find out how troops reserve cookie booths in your county and be sure to check out instructions and details about how to have a successful cookie both for your troop in the 2012 Cookie Booth Reference Guide. Click
here
for a copy of the guide.
Many troops in the NC Coastal Pines council can reserve cookie booths through
ecookiebooths.org
. Check with your Area Cookie Booth Manager to see if your area will be using
ecookiebooths.org
to reserve booths. Click

Super Bowl Cookie Booths
For the fourth year Girl Scout troops will be able to set up cookie booths on Super Bowl weekend (February 3-5). Last year troops sold almost 275,000 boxes of cookies on Super Bowl weekend, so it's a GREAT time to set up a cookie booth! Troops interested in setting up a cookie booth on Super Bowl weekend need to:
Pre-order cookies by midnight on January 24th at
www.ecookiebooths.org
; troops will need a login and password to access the site which they can obtain from their Area Cookie Manager or Area Booth Manager.
Be prepared to pick up cookies between January 31st-February 3rd at one of the official pickup location; troops select their location and time when they order cookies
Pay for half of their Super Bowl order by February 28th.
Bling your booth contest
We are excited to introduce a new contest called Bling Your Booth! We want our troops to come up with really cool cookie booths featuring themes like "What Can A Cookie Do?", Operation Cookie Drop, all about the troop's goal for their proceeds, or whatever totally original idea your troop can come up with! We will feature pictures of these awesome booths on our Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/girlscoutsnccoastalpines
for your friends and family to vote on and the one's with the most votes will receive shop gift cards. The most votes gets a $100 gift card plus bragging rights to the coolest booth in the council! Stay tune for more details...
As part of the submit process for the Bling Your Booth Contest all pictures featuring girls and/or adults must be accompanied with a Photo Release form. Please see below for both forms:
