Online Cookie Marketing
Like last year, girls have a quick and fun way to send e-mails to their friends, family, and neighbors inviting them to purchase Girl Scout cookies! Click here to view or download the Online Cookie Marketing instructions.
Set up your account at www.abcsmartcookies.com so you'll be ready to start collecting orders on January 7, 2012! Once on this site click the Girls tab at the top, then click Catch Goals. If you've already set up a Catch Goals account you just need to log in using the name and password that you already set up. (If you haven't already entered your sales goal this would be a great time to do so!)
This convenient option for reaching your customers can be very helpful in numerous ways, including:
- to collect cookie orders if inclement weather prevents you from going door-to-door
- to collect cookie orders when time permits (this is especially helpful for our busy Girl Scouts who are involved in other activities)
- to contact friends and neighbors who may be hard to reach any other way
- to reach friends at school
- to reach family members who live in another town
- to help boost your sales and reach your sales goal!
Please note that per the attached Online Cookie Marketing instructions and GS USA's policy, cookie orders can be taken online, but cookies must be delivered and payment must be collected in person by the Girl Scout. Payment for Girl Scout cookies cannot be collected over the Internet or via e-mail under any circumstances.
Girls should sign the Internet Safety Pledge before conducting any online marketing activities for the Cookie Sale Program.
