2012 Cookie sale evaluations

The success of the Cookie Sale Program hinges on the support and involvement of thousands of volunteers, girls, and their families.  Each year we look forward to getting feedback from all of you to help shape future Cookie Sales. 

Girls and their families that complete an evaluation by May 15 will be entered in a drawing for a $25 restaurant gift card.  Troop Cookie Managers and Leaders that complete an evaluation by May 15th will be entered in a drawing for two free Girl Scout cookie costumes (a $60 value!).

2012 Cookie Sale Evaluation for Girl Scout Families will be active at a later date. Please check back in March 2012.

2011 Cookie Sale Evaluation for Troop Cookie Managers and Leaders will be active at a later date. Please check back in March 2012.
