Girl Scouts - NC Coastal Pines
100th Anniversary festivities

"Come right over! I've got something for the girls of Savannah, and all America, and all the world, and we're going to start it tonight!"

- Juliette Gordon Low to her cousin Nina Anderson Pape in 1912

From March 12, 1912, when Juliette "Daisy" Gordon Low assembled 18 girls from Savannah, Georgia, for the first Girl Scout meeting, Girl Scouts has grown into the preeminent leadership development organization for girls.

As we approach our 100th Anniversary, Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines would like to celebrate with our troops, girls, volunteers, and alumnae. Below is a list of events and projects that will occur during our 100th year.

Check back often! We will update this list with more information on the events as it becomes available.

If you need clarification or would like additional information, please contact GS-NCCP's 100th Anniversary Coordinator, Denise Seamster.
